The struggles of creating an online store continue to plague us. It's not an easy thing trying to figure out which technology to use (and how to use it), how to create a whole social media presence, participate in as many markets and shows as you can.....and then create all the products to actually sell online and at the shows.
It's a lot of work for sure and for the most part, very enjoyable.
We've just completed a whirlwind week of shows attending the Banff Farmers Market (Wednesday), Inglewood Night Market (Friday), Spruce Meadows Masters Tournament (Wednesday - Sunday), and the Banff Harvest Festival (Saturday - Sunday). It felt like we went a few rounds with Mike Tyson but we're still standing.
All the fall and Christmas markets are just around the corner and the elves in the Rocky Mountain Vintage Creative Cave are busily readying themselves for the upcoming season. Keep checking back as the website will be updated with new products every week.
Now it's back to Wikipedia to learn more about SEO, variants, and checkouts. Oh, what fun!
